Is it possible to restore all my backed up data from OneDrive?

[Windows Central Question]

I just want to reset my Lumia 640 LTE, running W10M, and I wonder if whether i should also format the SD or not. All my data is backed up to OneDrive (based on this article: http://www.windowscentral.com/do-master-reset-windows-10-mobile-insider + I've also backed up my WhatsApp chats). So my question is if its safe formatting both my internal storage and SD card at the same time with nothing but a OneDrive backup.
