Is it possible to span a library across two internal drives on a PC? If so, How?

My 5TB drive is almost full, mostly with files in my Music Library. I would like to expand the space in the Music Library by adding another internal hdd. I am running win10 Pro in 64-bit mode. Thanks.

You can right click any folder and select 'add to library', then select the library you want
