Is Lumia 820 with Cyan update 4g enabled?

I'll say this simply as I can. The 820 has had 4G capability since release! You can't firmware update it, it's there.

If it is 4G enabled then why it doesn't show 4G option under highest connection speed? As far as my operator compatibility it is confirm that 820 is completely compatible with my operator frequency. But due to lack of 4G option under highest connection speed I can't enjoy 4g services. Have you any solution for this?
