Is my 925 dead already?

Hi,

I've been enjoying the 925 but have know hit a brick wall. Whilst toggling between taking photos and video the phone froze and felt really hot. After a while the phone cooled down and the windows button starting to pulsate which I believe to be "battery really dead". I have tried the volume down and power button to restart but to no avail. I am now leaving the phone on charge overnight to see if the battery holds a charge.

Anyone had this issue?

This, as you know, is a brand new phone. It is possible you received a bad phone. I would talk with your provider about a replacement. You should not be having those issues.

Just as an addition the phone no longer has the pulsating window logo having left the phone on charge for over 10 hours. Phone going back but it's quite annoying that I'm on holiday in another country.
