Is my ATIV S dead?

Just tried to do the latest PFD update and now the phone vibrates, boots to the blue windows logo, vibrates, blue windows logo and so on in an infinite loop. Is my phone pretty much dead?

Oh god nobody else install it. Tried the reset combo but nothing happened. Was just about to try flashing back to GDR3, never done it before though, perhaps I'll hold off.

Mine also... It was on offical WP 8.1.1 update before the latest PfD.
