Mine doesn't work either. Since the new system update I can no longer play Netflix on my Xbox One. The entire application freezes my system and I have to manually unplug it to turn it off, it just stops responding. I tried deleting it and reinstalling it, my network connection is fine, every other game or application I play doesn't have this problem, and Netflix still works on my Xbox 360. So what is it? There's some sort of bug in either the new system update or a recent Netflix update which I installed but neither parties have come up with a solution yet, while it's affecting quite a great deal of people.
