nope, no NFC/tap+send on the 520.

But bro I have found NFC on my Lumia 520 .
I go to the bing browser and just typed n there and an option came NFC setting (I am on official windows 8.1)

its probably just hidden, instead of fully ripped out.
you could try fiddling with it, but no software will compensate for hardware that just isnt there.
