Is the Iwatch compatible with the Microsoft lumia 535?

I'm considering buying the Iwatch however I am not willing to purchase an iPhone. I have an iPod touch 5th generation and a Microsoft lumia 535. Are either of these compatible?

About iPod. I can't really say. The Apple Watch website is consistently locking up my browser and I'm done trying to find where they have hidden the compatibility at.

If you really want something that will work with your Lumia you should look at Band 1 or Band 2. That works across Windows Phone, iOS and Android.
