Is the Music Backstop in WP 8.1 available in Windows 10 Mobile?

I really like the music backstop because it's faster than the current Music app in WP 8.1. However, I'm curious if it's still available on 10.

The Music Backstop is whats left of the old WP8 Music + videos hub basically it is the old music player, which coincidentally, l use.
