Is the Nokia Lumia 928 plagued by problems?

I got a 928 replacement for a lost 822 (which I loved and was very disappointed that assurion could not replace it and stuck me with the 928). I am having issues with the speaker and Bluetooth. I have the latest update. I have the 924 from att and it works great. The 822 was AWESOME and I have the 520 (att). All are great. When the 928 is working it is great, but the speaker issue is a problem. The phone is not damaged. The speaker volume keeps reducing to 0. I have to use speaker phone on a call. I cannot listen to music. Same happens for Bluetooth. the problem appears to be software based. I shut down the phone and turn it back on the problem goes away. As soon as I make a call the problem returns. i will have it returned under warranty tomorrow and keep you posted. I wish i still had my 822!

Hi I'm from Colombia and several months ago by ebay buy a 928 lumia and I never had problems with, and with the update for developers works much better, I think the problem you have is due to language or operator, the mine is in Spanish and works with the operator TIGO in gsm networks, works in HSPA + with speeds of 9 Mhz 2. 5 MHz of ascent and descent...
