Is the Windows insider slow ring bug free?

is the windows insider slow ring bug free?

Just tried the windows 10 preview on my lumia 720 for a bare minimum of 20mins cause it was too buggy and was lagging a lot i had opted for the fast ring so I was wondering if anyone of you'll could help me out with the question i.e if the slow ring is usefully and has very less of bugs (like preview for developers) or is it the same?

Less bugs, but still a preview. There are still bugs on Slow!
