Is the wireless charger DT-903 working on Windows10 for apps notifications?

I have a Lumia 930, I can pair the wireless charged with my phone, but the option of settings light notification for apps doesn't work. As soon as I try to turn it on, it goes immediately off.

I have exactly the same problem on my Lumia 1520 running the latest 10.0.10586.29. I cannot turn on Application Notifications for the Wireless Charger, it switches straight back off. I've tried removing the charger from Bluetooth, resetting the charger (button underneath) and re-pairing. Same problem.

The version of Device Hub is 3.7.5.5 (Service 3.7.2.2)

I Have the same problem, after a hard reset I can't switch the notification toggle on again.
No one who has a solution to this?
