Is there a Calendar app that can do recurring events with a begin and end date

Is there a calendar app that allows you to set a recurring event with begin and end dates, instead of that event going on forever? Would be nice if it syncs with Outlook, too. I can't believe I'm having so much difficulty with this, it seems very basic. I hope there's an answer - I love my 920 and WP in general, but these are the kind of things that cause people to go Android and iOS. And I really can't say as I blame them. Message to Microsoft: Function matters.
