Is there a "date stamp?"

I keep lots and lots of records. Each entry needs to start with the current date, or even date and time. i loved that feature on my BlackBerry, but don't find it here. is there any help for me?

What type of records are you referring to?

I think on OneNote, everytime you add a new page, it records the date and time under the title.
