Is there a family history program that I can run on my Surface 2 Tab?

I have a Surface 2 tablet and want a family history program that will run on it, is there an app for one, I am very cross to that I cannot find find anything compatible.

As you have discovered, there are slim pickings regarding genealogy apps for the Surface 2.

I have not tried it so I don't know well it works, but it does claim to work on ARM processors (which is what the Surface 2 has).
