Is there a paint I can use to hide scratches on my black Lumia 930 metal frame?

Windows Central Question

Hi, my black Nokia Lumia 930 has got a couple of little scratches on the metal frame showing the silver colour underneath. Probably wouldn't bother most people but as I know they're there my eyes are drawn to them. I have a cover on order, but was wondering if there's a paint or pen I can use to colour the silver scratches so they blend in.

When you say cover do you mean a back? This doesn't affect the frame.

I had a orange/silver one but it was replaced when it went for repair and I got a black/black one :( I replaced the back, but like you the edges of the frame are starting to wear.

If you find anything please let me know :)

Hi, sorry by cover I meant case. I wish I'd gone for a coloured back with the silver frame as I imagine the scratches don't stand out so much on them but I just think the black looked slicker. If I find something I'll definitely let you know.

Ok, so I had a trip to Hobbycraft and got a little tin of Humbrol enamel paint (out of the model section) in matt black no.33 - I've painted all the silver scuffs and it's a perfect match! Well worth trying if you've got the black 930 and silver scratches are annoying you like they were me! WP_20160229_15_05_34_Pro.jpg
