Trying to find download to a program that im using on my Lumia 830 Running 8.1 called "Notes Book"

This program used to be in the store for free download. I cannot find anymore. The program allows you to use your finger to scribble notes and saves them in your hand writing. I can't find any author notes. Is there anywhere I can download this program any other site besides the Microsoft phone download store? Been searching.... Please help. Thx

I can't find an app with that name either, BUT it looks like MS OneNote can do similar things. Perhaps try that?
