Is there a way to allow Cortana to open *both* programs and apps, not just apps?

Example of Problem: I had Evernote (which I prefer) AND Evernote Touch. "Open Evernote" opened Evernote Touch... so I deleted Evernote Touch. Then "Find Evernote." opened a Bing search and "Open Evernote" just got the response "Open what program?" ANNOYING! :angry:Submitted to Windows Insider Program
