Is there a way to change the volume of your phone when using Continuum?

Windows Central Question

When my phone is currently docked and I'm using continuum, it'd be easier to change volume with keyboard and mouse than it is to physically reach for the phone and change it. However, I don't see a way to easily change the volume with the keyboard and mouse. Am I missing something or is the only way to get the volume bar by hitting a volume key on the phone first?

Forgot to sign in prior to posting this question. I'm guessing by the lack of responses, there isn't a way to do so? Seems an odd oversight honestly. I know the HP Lap Dock has a function key to change the volume, so I feel like the internals have to exist at least. Why can't they just expose a little volume icon or something?
