Is there a way to display toast messages on another monitor?

The toast messages are nice, but I would prefer them on a secondary monitor as they tend to overlay what I am working on. Anyway way to move them to another monitor? Thanks!

Okay. so I tried in extended mode and I wasn't able to get it to another screen, neither dragging nor from settings. At present it does not seem possible. I was on 14393.51 I think
