Is there a way to transfer game rights from one Xbox One profile to another before installing it? (B

I got an Xbox One for Christmas that came with Ori and the Blind Forest as a redeemable digital game. Because I had to create a new Xbox Live account, I used my brother's to initially log in. I redeemed the code for Ori on his profile but have not downloaded the game yet. Now that I have my own Xbox Live profile, I want to play Ori but can't because "I don't own the game" technically. Is there a way to transfer game rights from one profile to another? If not, is there a solution to the problem in having? Worst case, I'll contact Xbox Support.

Nvm no it hasn't. Two Xbox Support chats later, still can't get this game to install to my account! Frustrating.
