Is there a way to turn off WP8.1 using a tile?

Instead of using the hardware switch, is there a way to use a software based tile after the phone is on? My on/off switch is apparently worn and sometimes takes 2-3 tries to turn the phone off.

Turning the phone on is not a problem.

there are some apps that can do tha.

I forgot what they're called though.

Search for lock screen and somewhere down further I found a couple of apps that do that.
