Is there a way to uninstall only the WiFi driver in Windows 10?

I upgraded to Windows 10 last night and now my laptop's WiFi has started to interfere with my wireless television service's reception. The picture freezes but I continue to receive the audio portion. I experienced this issue when my Toshiba laptop upgraded the WiFi driver a couple of weeks ago, and resolved it by uninstalling it. It worked fine until the Windows 10 upgrade.
