is there a working Instagram client for Windows Phone?

I have tested some PicsTatic, but can't figure out how to add custom tags to my photo when uploading - I add those but can't submit or save it.
Metrogram no longer works as login is broken.

I personally use the official app. Apart from not playing videos correctly, it's pretty much almost perfect.

6tag (WP8) or the official Instagram app (W10M) are your primary options. Otherwise you're out-of-luck for the most part.
