Hey , sad but there isn't any app that could lock your phone with just opening a tile , if I found one I will surely post one in future , but as of now you can access lock screen settings via live tile using insider app :smile:

It's called Quick Tiles. It can allow you to lock the phone, and to change the volume, too!
