Is there any app for Windows Phone 8.1 which lets us capture images in custom aspect ratio?

Hi,
I want to know if there is any app for Windows Phone 8.1 which has the feature to take images in custom aspect ratio. For example, the image at http://fc01.deviantart.net/fs43/f/2009/106/9/1/ULTRA_WIDE_Hougang_HDR_by_Draken413o.jpg is not in the default 16:9 ratio. I want to know if I can take pictures in such wide ratio instead of the default 16:9 ratio.

What you want is panorama.

There are others available but these two are the better ones currently. Photosynth lets you do 360 and then you can crop and adjust all you like.
