Is there anyway to pin settings?

I would love to pin WiFi on my main screen to allow me easy access to it.

I use network dashboard. I have three tiles, one for wifi, one for cellular data and one for bluetooth. This definitely helps if you don't want to leave wifi and bluetooth on all the time.

Buy the app Connectivity Shortcuts or similar. Only way for now.

you CAN pin settings to home screen: just like any other app.

but i use Connection Tiles cause it allows you to shortcut ALL your connection settings and its FREE
