Is there no Cyan update on Three UK - Lumia 1020 - Running DP?

No Cyan update on Three UK - Lumia 1020 - Running DP

Hey,

I'm running WP 8.1 Update on my Lumia 1020 with the Preview for developers and for some reason I still don't see the update to give me Cyan and I'm stuck on Black.

I know that Three have released Cyan as my partners 1020 has it but she is not the the preview for developers and is still on 8.1 (not the update).

Just wondering if anyone else has the same problem as me and if there is a way to fix it?

Best suggestion is to uninstall DP then update normally to get it. That's what I did also in the uk

By "uninstall DP" you mean reset phone and start from scratch without the Dev Preview?
Thanks for the suggestion, think thats what I'm going to have to do. :-(

That's right. You have to do a factory reset I'm afraid

But it will be worth it in the long run. I saw a massive difference in my phone after I got rid of DP and updated with cyan
