Is there Tax on online orders?

Eligible for an upgrade, I added the phone and the charger for 99 dollars and go to the page where I had to enter my Credit Card number and I never saw any tax added. Is it added after I add my CC info and go to the next page, or is there no tax when bought online?

Yes, I got charged sales tax on my online order.
