Purchased my L920 on release day... It is definitely getting up there in terms of scratches/dings/etc. I was planning on upgrading but Microsoft has not announced anything yet. This phone is perfectly good to last me until spring, but I was looking into potentially getting a refurbished device (less annoying scratches, better battery, etc.). I was wondering if anyone has ever used this site, or has suggestions to find a device that is lower priced (920, 925, 1020, etc.). 920 Nokia Lumia 920 Windows 8 GSM SmartPhone Unlocked - Nokia

Never saw the site before, seems somewhat reputable, but I can't say for sure.

But assuming its indeed in good condition, unlocked and in US$, that price is terrific.

Other options are getting a new battery and screen then replacing them in your phone.

Never heard of them. But on eBay you can get "B" condition 920 for $120. That's what I did.

Gadget condition is often assessed with a A, B, C... grade.
A being pretty much like new, pristine.
B being a bit worn, light wear.
C being worse.
I know its a bit vague, but that's the gist of it.

Depends on what their warranty is. I think its overpriced.
Im about to buy a 920.
You can get them new on ebay for $172-$190 in the US, and they are unlocked.

I don't think I can do a link yet.Not enough posts.
These are some I was looking at.

Ebay seller unlocked_nottobetied
Item #181348250219. $183

Ebay seller qualitycellz item #171490717046. $190

Ebay seller justcellular. When they have them they run $185

Make sure you confirm that they have some sort of warranty, and they run on the bands you need.
