Is this a good price and a good quality 64GB microSD?

I was doing a bit of shopping on Amazon, and noticed what looked like a fairly decent price on a 64GB Samsung Evo MicroSDXC card. $23.91 with free shipping. Not bad for a quality card.

I was wondering exactly how good of a deal this is. I haven't been pricing SD cards lately, so I'm not up on the current prices. Have they fallen this much? Or is this one of those exceptional and possibly temporary deals?

In Germany on Amazon the cheapest price I could find was € 24.40 which is 2$ 27.78

The price seems to fluctuate on this thing. 3 days ago, I saw it at $19.00. Now it's up to $24.04.

I think I'll keep an eye on it, now that I have 2 phones. I'll need a good SD for my second phone, but it can wait since it's a backup. I think I'll wait until it drops below $19 on a sale and grab it then. Just because: #1, I can afford to wait and #2, I'll be able to brag about a good deal to my local friends.

I've already got a SanDisk Extreme 64GB in my primary phone, so I'll wait... for now...
