Hi all,

Is this the roll out? I only ask as the wife, who isn't on insider, is receiving .164 on her 640. Unbranded in UK. A couple of our drivers have walked in to the office and one of their 640's is now sat on my desk updating. These also had insider removed on .107.

In the update info, there is no mention of windows insider, just Windows 10 .164, this can make your phone work better etc...

Anyone else seeing this, or is it because they were running 10 already??

It's most probably because they were running 10 already. Phones updating from 8.1 outside the insider program would be a different story.
