If it is a legit user usually over 15 post and their posts are no-nonsense posts, I would leave it alone. However, please move them to the Windows Marketplace forum instead.

For this one, the sale is over anyway, so no harm.

His post is bordering that of spammer type. Posting IP is from the Philippines and yet says location is in the US. Website has BBB seal but it is not real. So far no real red flags just be aware.

User kadsaerara looks like a spammer. IP is from Latvia which one of the sources of forum spammers. I think he is test. I have deleted the thread but did not ban the user.

Edit: That is a spammer. User is banned and so with the IP
