Is Twitter Down for WP8?

is anyone else having issues connecting to twitter through the people hub and with the app? when i try through the people hub it says cant connect to twitter right now. when i try through the app it says communication disrupted (on wifi). i then turned wifi off and the app says internal error.

It's a Twitter issue, not device related.
