No, it wont let me download it, just says I dont have an applicable device and the install button is greyed out even though it says I own this app.

I am.in UK. If you are not then set your region to Uk and ensure language is English and try again.

Had been thinking that myself, just wasnt sure which region zones to try first.

Have tried US UK NZ and China as a region sadly no joy at all still the same message, interestingly no Cortana on this phone regardless of region unlike my other 950XL

As an interesting aside to all this, now that I have 2 identical phones to choose from when it comes to backup and reload MS does not give you individual detail on each phone so that you know which backup to choose when using the back up to reload your phone. First time I did the reload to the new phone it was perfect, next 2 times I did a full wipe and reload it chose the wrong file each time which resulted in only half of the installed apps being reloaded, very frustrating to say the least.

When you look on line either in desk top or mobile you can see each phones unique IMEI code but when it comes to restore backups you cant.
