Is Wifi file transfer a possibility in W10M?

I'm not really looking for a native solution here(although that would be cool). All I want to know is if someone wants to make an app to facilitate wifi file transfer, can (s)he do it in W10M?

Try Sharefolder Explorer. It's not entirely elegant but it can get the job done.

Easy transfer does this and also WiFi sender. Not sure if they work on w10m though.

I have easy transfer, but the process is not as... elegant as say, superbeam on android. Will try Wifi sender.
