Is your new memory card wants scan to fix errors?

Yesterday, I bought new SanDisk 8gb class 4 memory card.
After copying all of my data from phone to memory card, when I was soft reset my phone. Then it wants to Scan my apps to Fix some errors.

I've faced it second time on my Lumia. Is there any problem in memory card or PHONE'S problem???

Use a pc, backup all your data then format that SD card to exFAT file system. I had this problem and that solved it for me. Currently using a Kingston 8gb card Class 4

I'd tried it already.. Not worked...

If you haven't tried doing a full format.
Use this tool -> HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool Download - Softpedia

If possible, try another sd card on your phone.

Before transferring back all your data, install a few apps to see if the error shows up after a short usage period.

I tried it, but scan fix still occurs .
