Issue custom sms tone, wp 10 on 950xl

if you select any tone other than "default" in the Notifications & actions settings > Messaging, you'll hear that very tone for all your SMS notifications no matter what text ringtone you have assigned to your contacts.

if you set "default" as the notification tone then you'll hear the custom ringtones you have assigned to your contacts plus a default tone* for all other contacts' and stray SMSs.

This issue is regarding only the sms tone.. For call and apps tines it works fine
