Issue picking up calls

A few times a day if I try to use the slide bar to answer the phone it doesn't pick up 100% of the time. When it doesn't the person ends up in voice mail even when I've answered right after the 1st ring. This does not happen all the time but with a frequency that is noticeable. The hard key works all the time.

Has anyone else noticed this as an issue, if so is there a solution.

my guess, the problem is with lag in sense causing your screen to freeze for a few seconds.
