Issue with Apps on SD card.

Recently i have upgraded my lumia 525 to windows 8.1 using preview for developer program and moved all my apps to SD card.

Some days before i got new SD card so I tried to copy all contents from old sd card to new one and boot up my phone with new SD card.

I got some following shocking results.
1. All my apps were shown as unavailable in phone.
2. some apps which are not either shown as unavailable nor in app list but when i tried to install it via store then it shows that this app has been already installed(e.g. here drive + and nokia apps).
3. Music and photos hub are not properly updated and i cant see proper storage size of either in storage check app.

Please help me in this regard.

How did you "copy all contents from old sd card to new one"?

because you copied the contents of an sd card to a new ones that's why, you did it wrong. You cannot do that!

You need to put them back on the phone, stick in the new card, then transfer them back to SD card. This might take several tried depending on the free space on the phone

Make SURE your using Class 6 or Class 10 SD card Required for smooth operation......
