Issue with battery or windows 10 bug?

I have a 6 months old acer laptop preloaded with windows 10. There is one an only one I am facing for past couple of weeks. Whenever I charge the laptop, the battery notification doesn't show the progress. Charging is happening I can say with laptop getting more than 3 hours of backup after charging for a few hours. This notification not working is annoying. I am connecting the laptop to my Staticon inverter usually and I tried connected it in direct power as well. No differences were shown in the bug. My guess is that it is some sort of bug. Can someone get me a solution to this? Thanks!

Right click on Taskbar -> Settings -> Scroll down page till Notify Area -> Select icons to show on taskbar -> Scroll icons and check if Battery is Enabled
