I updated my lumia 720 to 8.1 about 2 weeks ago. Everything is working perfectly fine except for the primary camera of 6.7 mpx.
All pictures are either grainy or blurry. the close-ups are better but distant shots are very very bad. previously, before the update, all was fine.
my front cam is also working fine. issue is only with the main cam.
i have tried to hard reset and do a fresh installation twice.
can i switch back to windows phone 8?
can anyone please update on the way forward? is taking it to the service centre the only option?
