Issue with MS Health and Band Color

Hi I just noticed an issue and I was wondering if anyone else has this. I am now unable to change the screen color of my band in MS Health. I can go through the motions to change the color, but the check box at the bottom is missing. I am able to sync the band, and all of the information is current. I have tried rebooting phone, band, unpairing band, unpair band reboot phone reboot band repair band and nothing fixes. I'm not sure when this started happening as I don't do it every day. I am able to change color with Pimp My Band though, and was able to change color in MS Health after installing PMB. I pair with WP 8.1.

Is your phone in a low battery state or have battery saver running? I had the same issue when my battery saver was active. Also check another Band app is not running.
