issue with sound selection

Hi,

i noticed that when I'm touching to the "play" button on the sound call selection list or the messages/notifications etc selection, it randomly doesn't play it.

I also have the issue that some notifications didn't play the sound although they are activated and set up to "default" sound.

any idea?

try a soft reset and check again

Soft Reset is holding the Volume Down & Power buttons until the phone vibrates and reboots (about 15 seconds). This rebbots the phone with a cleared out RAM and Cache. No data is lost. It is good for when the phone freezes or you experience a glitch of some sort.

EDIT:
Done, but it doesn't seems to work.
It feels like if you touch the black part of the icon then you are touching a transparent background, that you need to touch the thin grey part of the icon.

This is w10m ringtone icon problem, they would make the inner part of play button touchable for playing.
