Issue with w10 mobile not allowign me to set backgrounds or lock screens

I have a lumia 930 and upgraded about 2 weeks ago. every time i try to change my background picture or lock screen it says saving but never changes the picture(or in the case of the start screen it does nothing.) Need any help that can be provided.
