Issues downloading apps at windows store

Hi, i just installed the latest build 14977 on my lumia 640xl. After i installed there were several app updates which were getting udpated one by one. but all of a sudden few apps started downloading and got struck at 510.kb and ther is no further improvement to that. Plz help me in resolving it.

Did you check storage space? If that is not the problem, do a soft rest( by turning the phone off and on). If it is still stuck, try uninstalling and re-installing the apps. Hope this helps!

Hi, i did everything u have told, but none helped me. THe only thing that im left to try is a hard reset.
