Issues with my Day One Microsoft Band

I have had my band on everyday since it was released. I have worn it screen out and screen in and I seem to prefer screen in.
​Lately I have noticed the contacts inside are developing bumps in the metal and I am getting what looks like a hive or rash at the place where it sits on my wrist. I included pictures of the Bumps that are now on the metal. I went back and looked at pictures I took when I first got the band and the bumps are not there.

Have you contacted Microsoft?

If iI had to guess, it would be a battery leak.... but could be a lot of things.

Exactly the same thing that happened to me. I called Microsoft and they'll send me back a replacement.
