Issues with re-registering windows phone lumia 535

I bought a new windows phone lumia 535 and i developer unlock it successfully at first, but there was an issue that came up at my office i had to unregister the phone which i also did successfully. After the issue is resolved have been trying to re-register the windows phone but i always see the error "ipoverusb transport service......." and i have already restarted it and it is running but i can't seem to re-register my device
