Issues with synced movies.

Whenever I load a 24 min show onto my 1020 and try to watch it. The screen will freeze at random times, the audio still plays but picture not moving. Can happen 5-6 times per 24 min show. I can either go home then fast resume, or ffw twice then back twice. Issue keeps popping up. Known issue?

Where are the shows coming from? What format are they? Are you converting them from another format? Do they play on another device without any problems?

MP4, AVI, MKV files. Some converted using Any Video Converter. They all play well on my smart tv & pc.
