I own Lumia 1020. The phone is perfectly fine. But i have issues with whatsapp. I cannot view videos in whatsapp application. The app closes after 10-15 seconds automatically if i view a video in whatsapp. Also it takes 10-12 seconds to open 'photos' which i need to send to a particular person in whatsapp. Other than these, I do not have an issue with anything. Can u please help me out..
